Scope of Services. Through this Site, Maria's Cleaning Services markets and arranges Deep Cleaning, Apartment Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://mariascleaningserviceshillside.com is the property of Maria's Cleaning Services or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. Maria's Cleaning Services may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

No Warranties. Maria's Cleaning Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will Maria's Cleaning Services's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Maria's Cleaning Services from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NJ, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in NJ.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
